I'M Hannah Freeman, INDIVIDUAL COACH ANALYST AND FOUNDER of Spotlight Analysis
Since founding Spotlight Analysis over 5 years ago, I now have a vast portfolio of clients ranging from the Premier League, International, Europa League, Scottish Premier League, through the EFL, National League, WSL, WSL2 and across the globe, having also supported clients in Finland, Ireland, Canada, Mexico and Azerbaijan.
With over a decade of experience in coaching and analysis, I've created career changing individual analysis support for elite players through empowering their decision making.
My unique methodology helps players achieve their ambitions. Every season since 2023/24 at least one of my clients have made their EFL debuts progressing from the National League. Since January 2024, 71% of my part time clients have gained full time contracts.
PREMIER LEAGUE AND EFL CLUB EXPERIENCE
I am one of only a handful of women to coach in a Category One Men's Academy, currently holding a Lead Coach role at Leicester City Academy having previously coached at Coventry City Academy.
I also have Men's 1st team experience, having worked as Lead Analyst at Tamworth FC and Coach Analyst at Nuneaton Borough FC across multiple seasons.
My playing background was at Derby County Women's until I had to retire in 2020.

SPOTLIGHT ANALYSIS?
Football is a team sport, yet is made up of individuals. Unfortunately, so often individual development gets ignored and pushed aside as the drive and rhythm for game to game tactics takes over.
But what if players were given the opportunity to focus on their own development: making better decisions, reducing individual errors & creating individual game changing moments?
When you put the individual in the spotlight, they become engaged, motivated and driven. They become people who feel valued and place important focus on their career progression.
That is when individuals perform at their best and make higher level contributions to positively impact team performances.
